About Gallucci One

Gallucci One builds technology for how businesses actually operate.

Gallucci One builds adaptive business technology across finance, operations, data and AI — designed around the way your business actually works. Not a fixed product a business has to arrange itself around, and not a consultancy that leaves when the invoice is paid.

Technology should adapt to the business. Not the other way around.
Everything below follows from that one sentence — the module catalogue, the configuration model, the fact that there are people attached to the platform, and the things this site refuses to claim.

The intersection

G1 does not fit one category, and that is deliberate.

Ask what kind of company this is and the honest answer is that the useful work happens between the categories — which is exactly where most businesses actually live.

  • Not an ERP company
  • Not a consulting firm
  • Not an AI startup
  • An adaptive business technology platform

Hover a discipline to see what G1 takes from it. Or leave it alone and it will walk you round.

G1

Business software

The part people actually touch every day. It should be fast, legible, and boring in exactly the right places.

What we believe

Four things that decide every argument about what to build.

  • Technology should adapt to the business

Configuration is not a workaround. A business that has to change how it operates in order to suit its software has bought the wrong software.

  • Say what is true, including when it is not flattering

Module status, connector status and agent availability are stated as they are, on every page of this site. There are no clients to name yet, and we do not pretend otherwise.

  • Designed to be added to

New modules, new industries, new agents. If adding one of those required redesigning the product, the architecture would be wrong — so it does not.

  • People where people are needed

Software cannot decide whether to put the price up. That is why there are people attached to the platform, rather than a separate consultancy standing next to it.

The human layer

Technology when you need it.Expertise when you need it.

The human layer exists because businesses sometimes need someone to actually help them make things work. It is the same platform with people attached — not a separate consulting business wearing the same logo.

  • Implementation

Getting it live, properly, with the data agreed.

Configuration, migration and the unglamorous work of agreeing opening balances. The point is a system people actually use, not a go-live date that is technically met.

    • Chart of accounts and dimensions designed once, used everywhere
    • History migrated and reconciled before the first posting
    • People trained on their own data, not a demo company

You reach for this when you have decided. Now somebody has to agree the opening balances.

  • Transformation

Changing how the business works, not just what it runs on.

New software on an old process buys very little. Transformation work redesigns the process first and then uses the system to hold it in place.

    • Process redesigned before it is automated
    • Responsibilities and approvals made explicit
    • A plan that survives the person who wrote it

You reach for this when the system is not the problem. The way work flows through it is.

  • Finance expertise

People who have closed a month under pressure.

Technical accounting, close discipline, controls and reporting. Practical help from people who have done the job, not a methodology.

    • A close that gets shorter and stays shorter
    • Controls that hold when the month is busy
    • Reporting that a board can act on

You reach for this when the close is late, the controls are informal, and the board wants better numbers.

  • Process design

Deciding who does what, in what order, and why.

Most inefficiency is structural. Process design finds the handoffs where a person is moving data rather than making a decision, and removes them.

    • Fewer steps, with clearer ownership
    • Approvals where the document is
    • A process that works when someone is on holiday

You reach for this when three people touch the same document and none of them decides anything.

  • Systems architecture

Deciding what to keep, what to connect, and what to retire.

A view of the whole estate rather than one system at a time. Which tool is the system of record for what, how data moves, and what happens when you add the next one.

    • One system of record per kind of data
    • Integrations that reduce work rather than add it
    • A path for the next system, before it arrives

You reach for this when you are about to buy another system and nobody can say where the data will live.

  • Data analysis

Answering the questions the reports do not.

Analysis on your own data, for the questions that matter to your business. Margin, cost drivers, customer profitability, working capital — explained, not just charted.

    • Definitions agreed before the numbers are argued about
    • Drivers identified, not just variances reported
    • Analysis you can repeat next quarter

You reach for this when the report answers a question, but not the one you asked.

  • Fractional finance leadership

Senior finance judgement, at the size you need it.

For businesses that need a finance director's thinking but not a finance director's salary. Planning, reporting discipline, lender and board conversations, and honest advice.

    • A plan and a forecast the owner believes
    • Board and lender reporting that holds up
    • Someone accountable for the numbers

You reach for this when you need a finance director's judgement two days a month, not five days a week.

  • Ongoing support

Someone who knows your configuration, still there in month nine.

Systems drift as businesses change. Ongoing support keeps the configuration aligned with how the business actually works now, and answers the questions that come up at close.

    • Configuration kept current as the business changes
    • Help at month end, from people who know your setup
    • New modules added when they are needed

You reach for this when it went live, the business moved on, and the configuration did not.

Some businesses take the software and never need a conversation. Some need a month of help and then never again. Some want somebody in the finance seat two days a month. All three are the same relationship, priced differently.

Designed to evolve

A business changes. So should the system it runs on.

G1 is built so that a new module, a new industry or a new kind of agent is an addition rather than a rebuild. That is an architectural decision, and it is the one everything else depends on.

  1. Today

    Finance, working

One double-entry engine behind the general ledger, payables, receivables, banking, tax, fixed assets, expenses, reporting, management accounting, consolidation and controls. Multi-company, multi-currency, with period control and an audit trail that cannot be edited.

    • General ledger and the posting engine
    • Payables, receivables and banking
    • Tax, fixed assets and expenses
    • Reporting, management accounting and consolidation
  2. Tomorrow

    Beyond finance

The modules being built now: process and workflow beyond finance, procurement built on the matching that already exists, projects as an operational record rather than only a dimension, and documents where the evidence already lives.

    • Workflow and processes
    • Procurement
    • Projects
    • Documents
  3. Next

    Agents and prediction

Assistants that answer questions with their sources, continuous analysis against the business's own baseline, forecasting built on posted history, and agents that propose work rather than perform it unsupervised.

    • AI assistants and agents
    • Automated analysis
    • Forecasting and scenarios
    • Ranked recommendations
  4. Whatever comes next

    The capacity to add

G1 is built so that capabilities nobody has defined yet have somewhere to go: a new module, a new industry, a new kind of agent, a new way of working. If adding one of those required a rebuild, the architecture would be wrong.

    • New modules as content, not as releases
    • New industries without a new site
    • New agents without a new product
    • Capabilities that do not have a name yet

Where G1 is today

Finance is live. The rest is being built, and this page counts it honestly.

These figures are counted from the catalogue itself, so they cannot drift away from what the product actually does.

  • 15 of 38

    Modules available

Finance is live. 10 more are in development and the rest are designed, not built.

  • 2 of 52

    Connectors live

Bank statement import and spreadsheet import/export. Everything else in the library is planned or on request.

  • 6

    Agents specified

None of them is generally available. Each card on the AI page says exactly where it has got to.

  • 15

    Industries mapped

Including "Other", which is a first-class entry rather than an afterthought. 12 problems are mapped to capabilities.

And what is not here yet

  • No named clients. Every scenario on this site is illustrative and badged as one.
  • No security certifications, uptime figures or customer numbers.
  • No generally available AI agent — the previews say so on their own cards.
  • No team page inventing people. When there is one to publish, it will be real.
